4-What is Training and Skills Development (TSD)?

Training and Skills Development is a funding program to assist case managed individuals to achieve their goals, where the employment action plan identifies skill development as being necessary.

At this time, individuals receiving TSD tuition funding are not eligible for the Youth in Care Scholarship.

5-What kind of programs and courses are NOT ELIGIBLE for this program:

Masters, PhD, Adult Basic Education and Adult Special Education and graduate level education are not eligible.

Graduate level education, also known as postgraduate education or graduate school, involves pursuing advanced academic or professional degrees, like Master's or doctoral degrees, after completing an undergraduate (bachelor's) degree. 

Below-graduate level course or programs of study referred to as undergraduate education. It is the first level of post-secondary education, pursued after completing high school. 

Rolling admissions is a post-secondary institution where you can start your program in any month of the year i.e. the institution offers enrollment throughout the year, and is not tied to traditional semesters.
